To put it bluntly, if Bush has taken Congress and the nation into war based on bogus information, he is cooked.
A very interesting article. Can the president be impeached over this? I suspect even if it's true, the people who gave him the information are more likely candidates "to be cooked". But the arguments are compelling, as are the facts.
