Oh WOW. If you've ever had to work with PDFs and wanted to strangle Adobe for making the format in the first place, read the above link. It's documentation of a way to do tasks with PDFs, a "PDF Workflow" API. It's interesting, probably most importantly because it makes converting a PDF to a text file a lot easier -- the *most* annoying task ever.
